Project details

Located in Saratoga Springs, NY. This elegant 24-unit apartment building is composed of two seperate building. Interior design and rendering services were provided to create a beautiful resident experience.

My contributions have been instrumental in shaping the overall vision and design of the project. I oversaw every aspect of architecture, construction administration, through furnishing and styling.

Results

The project was a great success. The project was completed on time, and the client was very satisfied with the final result. The property manager used the renderings to sell apartments prior to construction being completed.
