This is a design concept is inspired by this 83-year-old art deco building and, the glamour and sophistication of the 1940’s. Key elements of this era will be brought through by using intricate patterns, high-quality materials, luxurious fabrics, and warm rich colors.

The interior space will be repurposed to include a lobby, banqueting space, serving counter/wet bar, warming/catering kitchen, restrooms, storage, and upstairs mezzanine lounge and game room.
